Graduate Fellowship Description
The institute, McGill University, requests applications from Masters Graduate students for the available position of:
The fields of interest for the fellowship will be to develop nanoscale semiconductors.
The successful applicant will investigate all the aspects of nanoscale semiconductors and their applications.
The objective of the project is to develop various nanoscale semiconductors.
Requirements of applicants are a Master degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science, chemistry, or other related areas.
The University is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, North America.
