Graduate Fellowship Description
The institute, Dalhousie University, requests applications from Postdoctoral Graduate students for the available position of:
Help Develop a relocatable Ocean Prediction System.
The fields of interest for the fellowship will be oceanography, ocean models and work with a team of modelers including co-supervisors Dr. Harold Ritchie and Dr. Youyu Lu.
The successful applicant will work on high-resolution regional ocean modelling.
The objective of the Postdoctoral Fellowship is to produce an outlook system that could be created shortly after an unexpected sea emergency to be able to offer brief-phrase predictions (hrs to days) with the physical properties with the ocean.
Requirements of applicants are to be Postdoctoral Graduate students. Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada will be given priority.
