Graduate Scholarship Description
Open to NEW ADMISSIONS ONLY at the Master's or Doctoral level, without citizenship restriction, this entrance award serves to support research and encourage academic excellence.
NEW, full-time students entering a Master's or Doctoral program are automatically considered for this award as part of the admissions process; there is no separate application required.
The scholarship is tenable within the first year of the Master's program, and within the first three years of the Doctoral program. It is renewable at the Doctoral level only, based on candidate having successfully satisfied all required conditions of tenure.

Language Proficiency Requirements:
The language of instruction at Concordia is English.
A student whose primary language is not English must write a pre-admission proficiency test, if not exempted as indicated below.
Test results must be reported directly to the Admissions Application Centre by the test centre. Results more than two years old will not be accepted as proof of language proficiency.
