Graduate Scholarship Description
The Atlantic Veterinary College, UPEI, invites applications from qualified students
intending to enter a new full-time graduate program (MSc, MVSc or PhD) at the Atlantic
Scholarship awarded on basis of :
Candidates will be selected based on academic record, and potential as a researcher and/or clinician-scientist.
Successful candidates will be required to satisfy the UPEI graduate admission criteria which include identifying a faculty supervisor at AVC.
Additional important information
Candidates should submit to the Office of Graduate Studies and Research:
a letter of interest,
a curriculum vitae,
official transcripts of University grades from previous degrees, and
degrees in progress, and arrange for three letters of academic reference.
to be sent to the GS&R office at AVC.
Electronic documents are acceptable but official transcripts must be delivered by post by the deadline.
Additional information and incomplete applications will not be considered.
Eligible applicants who hold a DVM or equivalent will automatically be considered for both competitions but need only apply to
the DVM Graduate Scholarship Award competition.
